Police arrested Dinesh Yadav, a 18-year-old youth of Lumbini Sanskritik municipality-7, on December 8, on the charge of raping a 7-year-old minor girl. The victim's side lodged the complaint on December 8, claiming that the accused raped the victim by tempting her on December 5.
