Police arrested Bhakta Bahadur Thapa, a 65-year-old man of Barhabise municipality-3, Thulopalati, on December 14, on the charge of raping an 89-year-old woman. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on December 9, claiming that the accused raped the victim on December 8 by taking her to the garden near the house.
