ANNFSU (Revolutionary)  close aide to the Nepal Communist Party under the leadership of Netra Bikram Chand padlocked the administrative section of Bishow Secondary School in Bhumikasthan municipality-1, Pipalneta. The students of the school had also agitated last year on the leadership of ANNFSU (revolutionary) demanding transparency of the school account and condemning the extra fees collected from the students. 

The movement then was stopped after an agreement between the school administration and students to make the account public within fifteen days. However, it is not made public yet. "We were and are positive about the demands. However, the problems due to COVID, and the absence of the school management committee had brought difficulties.", said Shalikram Acharya, the principal of the school. 

The protesting group is demanding to publicize the account books claiming financial irregularities during the tenure of former Principal Jumlal Khanal.  The ANNFSU (Revolutionary) also warned that anything might happen if their demands are ignored.
