Youth arrested on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl in Saptari

Police arrested Afajal Miya. a 20-year-old youth of Tirahut rural municipality-5, Budewa, on December 24, on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. According to the complaint lodged by the victim's side, the victim was raped on December 21, when she was in Kanchanpur municipality-11 Simara on the bank of Sundari river to graze goats.
