Seven student organizations have staged a protest against Kathmandu Medical College (KMC) for demanding high fees from medical education students. After the Nobel Medical College in Biratnagar and Kathmandu Medical College in Sinamangal demanded extra fees and high hostel fees, other student organizations including the victim students have started agitation.
Nevisangha, Akhil Krantikari, Aneraswavu, Samajwadi Vidyarthi Union, Akhil Krantikari and Akhil Chaitta are affiliated to the movement. These student organizations had drawn the attention of the Home Minister on Tuesday demanding immediate arrest and action against the directors of Nobel and Kathmandu Medical College.
