Complaint lodged against a man on the charge of raping a minor in Dailekh

The victim's side, of the 17-year-old minor girl, lodged a complaint against Hari Prasad Acharya, a 42-year-old man of Dullu municipality-8, on April 7, on the charge of rape. According to the complaint, the accused raped the ailing victim under the pretext of performing traditional healing on April 4.
