Youth arrested on the charge of raping a teenage girl in Rupandehi

Police arrested Shishir Budhathoki a 20-year-old man residing in Butwal sub-metropolis-9 and permanent resident of Lungri rural municipality-9 of Rolpa on May 23, on the charge of raping a 19-year-old girl. According to the police, the accused raped the victim on May 21 by tempting her and the accused lodged the complaint on May 23.
