Police arrested Vikesh Sohu, 20, of Dhulikhel Municipality-6 of Kavrepalanchok and Bhoj Kumari Dahal, 20, of Anselukharka Municipality-1 of Khotang, on June 10, on the charge of character assassination of a woman and minor through social media. According to the police's cyber bureau, the accused used the face of the victims in a graphic videos and pictures. According to Bureau Spokesperson, Senior Superintendent of Police Navind Aryal, the two accused were arrested under the Electronic Commerce Act, 2063 BS.
