Police arrested a 75-year-old senior citizen of Nishakhola, on June 14, on the charge of raping and impregnating a 15-year-old teenage girl. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on June 14, alleging that the accused raped the victim on March 19. The police further added that the accused raped the victim by threatening to kill her in her home when she was alone. The incident came to light when the victim's health declined and she went to check-up in primary health post in Burtiwang.
