A man has stabbed his wife with a knife in Surkhet. 30-year-old Til Bahadur Gharti of Chingad Rural Municipality-1 stabbed his wife 33-year-old Khagisara Gharti with a knife at the former's in-laws house in Ward 4 of the municipality at Bhairavsthan on July 1. Khagisara sustained serious injury in the incident.
According to police, Khagisara is currently undergoing treatment at Karnali Provincial Hospital in Surkhet. She sustained injuries on various parts of her body including head, neck, and shoulders.
