Youth arrested on the charge of raping a teen girl in Sarlahi

Police on July 10 arrested 24-year-old Raghubendra Yadav of Basbariya Rural Municipality-4 in Sarlahi on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. The victim's father had filed a complaint at District Police Office Malangawa on July 7 accusing Yadav of raping the girl on June 30. According to DSP Madhav Prashad Budhathoki, police arrested him on the basis of the came complaint. The victim was sent for medical examination at district hospital in Malangawa on July 8.
