Police on Police on July 6 arrested 32-year-old Kamal BK and 34-year-old Dipak BK of Butwal Sub-metropolitan city-11 on the charge of raping a 29-year-old woman.

The victim's son had filed a complaint at Area Police Office Butwal on July 6 against the two accusing them of raping the victim on July 5 under the pretext of helping her in seeking medical examination.

Police arrested the two on the basis of the same complaint.  The arrested are believed to be the victim's acquaintance. She underwent medical examination at Lumbini provincial hospital. Police are further investigating the incident.
