Sexagenarian arrested on the charge or raping a minor in Ilam

69-year-old Dil Bahadur Bokhim of Mangsebung rural municipality-2 was arrested on July 26 on the charge of raping an 11-year-old girl. According to the police complaint, the accused raped the victim on May 31. Further investigation is going on and the health examination of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital on 25 July.
