Police arrested a 62-year-old man Somansing Balal of Rainadevi rural municipality-6, on July 28, on the charge of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old minor girl. According to the police, the accused sexually assaulted the victim on July 28, and the complaint was lodged on the same day. According to the victim's mother, the accused sexually assaulted her when she was playing in her home.
