Four members of the same family have been found dead in Kavresthali on the northern outskirts of Kathmandu. The people were found dead at Padamsal, Tarakeshwar municipality-2 of the district on Monday. The deceased have been identified as Dinesh Pandey, his wife Sunita Kapri Pandey, and the couple’s son Ashik and daughter Ashika, informs Tarakeshwar Mayor Krishna Hari Maharjan from the incident site. “Sunita and children have been found dead in one room whereas Dinesh’s is in another,” he says, “We suspect Dinesh killed everyone and committed suicide at the end.” SSP Janak Bhattarai, the chief of the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, says police are further looking into the case. A team of forensic experts from the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital have also gone to the incident site in Kavresthali.
