Dilip Singh Bista who was implicated in the murder of 13-year-old girl Nirmala Pant from Bhimdatta Municipality-2, Ooltakham, Kanchanpur has been accused of sexually assaulting a teenager studying in grade 12 in Mahendra High School yet again. According to the victim, Bista waited for her near the spot where Nirmala's body was found and sexually assaulted her on July 28. She also stated that police refused to register complaint against Bista.
