Police arrested Balaram Dangi, a 34-year-old man of Tribeni rural municipality of Rolpa on the charge of attempting to rape a female employee of Bageshwori Driving Center which he used to operate located at Tulsipur sub-metropolis-6 of Dang. According to the police, the accused called the victim to fill out the form at 12AM on August 7 and later attempted to rape her there. The victim alleged that even though she resisted not being present for the work since it was late, the accused assured her that he was with his wife and he would do nothing to her. But, later, the accused grabbed her in a staircase when she was alone and was able to escape.
