Relatives of 25-year-old Bam Dhami of Panchadewal Binayak Municipality-2 in Achham who was found dead near the Madhyapahari road section near Binayak Bazar on August 30 night obstructed the road alleging that the death of Dhami was suspicious. Earlier, the body of 15-year-old Vinod Shahi was also found about 300 meters below the Madhyapahari Rokmarg in Panchadewal Binayak Municipality 3. Before that, Padam Dhami, the then ward president of Panchadeval Binayak Municipality 2, was also killed at the same place.
