50-year-old Lalit Shrestha, a resident of Kandaghari, Kageshwari Manohara Municipality-7, was arrested by the police on Sep 14 afternoon on charges of raping a 25-year-old woman. According to police Lalit raped the woman on September 11 and was absconding. Police deputed from Thimi police station and arrested him from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32 Koteshwor. The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
