Police have arrested three persons from Dhanusha on the charge of murder of their daughter-in-law. The arrested are Birendra Das, Umesh Das and Shatrudhan of. Shahidnagar Municipality-3 Yadukuha of Dhanusha district. They allegedly killed Babita Das, the wife of Birendra's brodher Arun Das on September 12 by strangling her to hide Birendra's illicit relationship with Babita. According to the police investigation, the deceased's husband is abroad for foreign employment while Birendra's wife is also said to be living in her maternal home. The accused admitted to the murder to hide the immoral relationship. Further investigation is in the process.
