16 year old boy accused of rape arrested in Butwal

Police arrested a 16 year old boy accused of raping an eight year old girl from his own home in Butwal. The victim's family filed a complaint at Area Police Office Butwal on September 14 stating that the incident happened on September 11. As per the victim's father, the boy took control of the girl while she was going to toilet and raped her by taking to the nearest canal. Further investigation is underway.
