Family members of deceased CPN-UML leader Alam protest release of convicted killer Pyashi

Family members and relatives of CPN-UML leader Mahamud Alam staged a protest in Parwanipur of Bara district on Tuesday evening after former CPN-UML leader Ramchandra Kushwaha Pyashi, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Alam was released through general amnesty on Constitution Day. Alam's family members and CPN-UML's local leaders who participated in the protest carried placards with different slogans against Pyashi's release. Those who participated in the protest, is life imprisonment in Nepal only 8.5 years, the victim lost justice? They chanted various slogans against the government.
