Locals came out in protest against alleged negligence of the government owned Nepal Drinking Water Corporation Bhadrapur accusing the corporation of distributing dirty, murky and contaminated water to the consumers. As a part of the first phase of the protest against the drinking water corporation, the locals picketed the office of the drinking water corporation at 11:00 am on November 6. They also locked the main gate of the corporation's office for five minute in a symbolic protest.
