All Nepal National Independent Students Union (ANNISU)-Revolutionary padlocked Suwal International College at Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur after it came to public attention that the college admitted students without taking affiliation from government regulatory bodies. The college has admitted 270 students in Nursing, Pharmacy and HA faculties claiming affiliation from American University. It has also called for application for engineering stream.
The protesting student group also demanded closure of the institution and punishment to college's steering committee.
