Police arrested Prem Kumar Rai a 35-year-old man of Sotang rural municipality-5 on December 17 on the charge of attempting to rape a 20-year-old woman. The victim's side lodged the complaint on December 17 alleging that the accused attempted to rape the victim on December 16.
