40-year-old man arrested on the charge of attempting to rape a 29-year-old woman in Saptari

Police on January 6 arrested Sakaldev Mukhiya a 40-year-old man of Rupani rural municipality-3 in Saptari on the charge of attempting to rape a 29-year-old woman. Police arrested Mukhiya on the basis of a complaint file against him on November 7, 2022, alleging that the accused attempted to rape her on October 8, 2022. Police are further investigating the incident.
