Police arrested Surendra Bohara a 28-year-old man of Gaighat municipality-7 currently residing in Lalitpur metropolis-28 on January 9 on the charge of raping a 12-year-old teenage girl. The victim's side lodged the complaint on January 9 alleging that the accused raped her on January 6 by luring her to get married.
