Police arrested Shiva Shankar Chaudhary alias Bachchu, 42 years old from  Surunga municipality-4 of Jhapa on February 1 on the charge of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old teen girl. The victim's mother lodged the complaint on January 23 alleging that the accused sexually assaulted the victim on January 22 while she was in her own shop. According to the victim, the accused touched her private body parts and when she started to cry and scream, the accused absconded.
