Police arrested Lal Bahadur BK a 35-year-old man of Dharan sub-metropolis-16, on February 15, on the charge of raping a 16-year-old teenage girl. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on February 15 alleging that the accused raped the victim on January 29.
