Police arrested Suraj Kumar BK a 40-year-old man on February 19, on the charge of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old teenage girl, According to the police, the accused sexually assaulted the victim on February 14 on the pretext of taking her to play and the victim's side lodged the complaint on February 19.
