Police arrested Chabilal Khanal a 60-year-old man on February 22, on the charge of murdering his 55-year-old wife Pabitra Khanal of Jhumruk rural municipality-5. According to the police, the accused claimed that the victim and himself drank alcohol together on February 20 night and she lost her life after puking then he stuffed her body in a sack disposing of her in a ditch. Whereas the victim's side alleged that the accused murdered the victim.
