A struggle committee formed against microfinance companies in Bara staged a demonstration in Jitpur Simara of Bara on February 28 against alleged cheating by the microfinances. The demonstrators carried placards demanding to cancel microfinance companies, stop injustice against debtors and so on. The demonstrators also claimed that these organizations had forced innocent people in the villages to accept loan without properly assessing their capacity to later pay it.
