Police have arrested 45-year-old Janjire Tharu of Thakurbaba-4 Mainawar in Bardiya residing in Bhurigau on the charge of murder of 42-year-old Sanchuriya Tharu of Thakurbaba-5 who was found dead on the roadside at Thakurbaba-1 Bhurigau around a week ago. Police arrested Janjire on the basis of a cctv footage according to DSP Hikmat Bohara of District Police Office Bardiya. Police also reavealed that the deceased and the arrested used to be in phone conversation in the past. They also found that the two had talked to each other over phone on the day Sanchuriya was murdered. Police are further investigating the incident.
