Police arrested 40-year-old Narman Tamang of Palungtar municipality-6 in Gorkha on March 5, on the charge of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old teen girl in Pokhara of Kaski. According to the police, the victim who was studying in grade 6 was returning home after feeling sick on March 5. Meanwhile, the victim was on the way to her home and was being followed by the accused who was inside the vehicle bearing the number plate of Ba 14 Cha 4333. According to the locals, the accused sexually assaulted her then and there.  Police deployed from ward police office Baidam arrested the accused. The victim's family later filed a complaint at District Police Office Kaski.
