Police arrested a 16-year-old teen boy from Sunkoshi rural municipality-3 in Sindhupalchok on March 14 on the charge of raping an 11-year-old minor girl. According to the victim's side, the accused raped the victim on March 5 in a forest located at Sukoshi rural municipality-3. The victim's mother lodged the complaint on March 7.
