Police arrested 23-year-old Uddhav Basnet of Solukhumbu, 30-year-old Som Sharma of Baglung and 18-year-old Biplov Khadka on the charge of chanting slogans against Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on March 21 during a program. According to the police, the accused chanted slogans against the Prime Minister during a program organized on the occasion of the 58th International Day for the Elimination of caste-based Discrimination in Kathmandu metropolis-10.  Police tried to silence the youths by covering their mouth.
