Youth arrested on the charge of gang-raping a 25-year-old woman in Pyuthan, another accused absconded

Police arrested Anil Nepali a 24-year-old youth of Mallarani rural municipality-4 on March 23 on the charge of gang-raping a 25-year-old woman. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on March 23 alleging that the two accused gang-raped the victim on March 22. Whereas, another accused Manoj Shahi a 30-year-old man absconded.
