The cadres of CPN-Majority has publicly humiliated Shyam Kumar Shrestha the mayor of Golbazar municipality in Siraha by splattering mobil oil over him on March 28. According to the driver of the victim, a cadre of CPN-Majority acted like he was handing him paper but another cadre splattered mobil. The accused also distributed pamphlets that stated mayor Shyam Kumar Shrestha has been involved with the loan sharks and protected them, embezzling Rs.62 lakhs of the road construction of Golbazar municipality-1, exploiting river in an illegal way, termination of municipal employees unfairly and hiring detectives to follow the cadres of CPN-Majority.
