Complaint lodged against man on the charge of raping a teen girl with visual imparity in Siraha

A complaint was lodged against Dilip Chaudhary a 35-year-old man of Chinnamasta rural municipality-3 in Saptari on March 27 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old teen girl who is visually impaired. According to the mother of the victim, the accused raped the victim on December 26, 2022, by taking her to Aashiya Party Palace located at Rajbiraj municipality-11. According to the police, the accused is on the run.
