Police arrested Kismohan Lodh an 18-year-old of Kothimai rural municipality-2 of Rupandehi currently residing in Tansen municipality-6 and Mahatam Lodh a 56-year-old man of Gaudahawa rural municipality-6 currently residing in Tansen municipality of Palpa on the charge of gang-raping a 61-year-old woman. According to the daughter of the victim, the accused who came to construct the water tank raped the victim near her home.
