Police arrested 24-year-old Nasim Khan alias Soyab of Marchawari rural municipality-4 in Rupandehi on March 27 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old minor girl. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on March 28 alleging that the accused raped her on March 26. Police arrested the accused on the basis of the same complaint for investigation. The victim underwent a medical examination at Bhim hospital in Bhairahawa.
