A complaint was registered against Maudhkar Khang a 46-year-old man also known as Bankar of Tilathi Koiladi rural municipality-5 in Saptari on March 31 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old teen girl with an intellectual disability. According to the victim, the accused raped the victim multiple times since October 24, 2022. The victim alleged that the accused raped the victim and impregnated her. Police are yet to arrest the accused.
