A complaint was lodged against 60-year-old Muktilal Sah Rupani rural municipality-6 in Saptari on March 29 on the charge of raping a 43-year-old woman with an intellectual disability. The victim's family lodged a complaint against the accused on March 24 alleging that the accused raped her on March 23 in her under construction home.
