Complaint lodged against a man on the accusation of enacting caste-based discrimination on against in Kathmandu

A complaint was lodged against Nawaraj Amagai of Kathmandu Metropolis-16, on the the charge of enacting caste-based discrimination. According to the police, the accused discriminated Ayush Pariyar a 37-year-old man from Pokhara sub-metropolis in Kaski on March 23 on the basis of his caste while he had gone to Amagai's home as a part of musical band during a ritual ceremony.
