Police arrested Bibash Gharti Magar a 28-year-old man of Gurvhakot municipality-8 on April 4, on the charge of raping an adolescent girl from Bheriganga municipality-8. According to the victim, the accused who was an auto-driver forced her into consuming a bar of chocolate after that she fell unconscious and Gharti with another accused raped her. The victim further alleged that on March 31, she was raped and she was unable to identify the other accused. Police are further investigating the incident.
