Police arrested Bimal Sunar a 22-year-old youth of Kanchan rural municipality-1, on April 15, on the charge of raping a 17-year-old teen girl. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on April 16 alleging that the accused raped the victim on April 13.
