Police arrested Ghana Bahadur Kunwar a 42-year-old man of Devdaha municipality-6 in Rupandehi on April 16, on the charge of attempting to rape a 57-year-old woman. The victim's side lodged the complaint on April 17, alleging that the accused attempted to rape the victim on April 13.
