Cadres of CPN led by Netra Bikram Chand padlocked the office of Badikedar rural municipality in Doti on April 19 alleging that their demands submitted to the rural municipality through memorandum were not addressed. The CPN cadres alleged that the rural municipality bought low quality medicine, made distribution of social security fund hurdlesome, and accused rural municipality of engaging in corruption. They also accused the rural municipality of hiring staffs arbitrarily.
