Police arrested Rijban Ansari a 30-year-old man of Biratnagar metropolis-6 in Morang on April 29 on the charge of raping a 20-year-old youth. According to the police, the accused has been raping the victim since 2017 and he raped her on March 2 for the last time. The victim's side lodged the complaint on April 28.
