Complaint lodged against a man on the charge of raping a teen girl in Siraha

A complaint was lodged against Riyaj Ansari a 35-year-old man of Sukhipur municipality-3 in Siraha on May 1 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old teen girl. According to the mother of the victim, the accused raped the victim on April 26. The accused absconded after the incident was reported.
